  BYJU'S FutureSchool is a live online 1:1 Platform and doesn’t do physical classes. We want our teachers to maximize their earnings while having the convenience to choose their schedule, both of which are made possible by the Internet.

• Do you license your curriculum to schools?

  Please email us at info@byjusfutureschool.com with your specific needs. We’re very selective about licensing since we carefully select only the Top 1% of teachers to deliver the curriculum.

• How did you develop your curriculum?

  Our curriculum has been created by computer Scientists from top educational institutes like MIT and IIT after significant research in computer pedagogy and kid engagement.

• Do you do coding classes for higher grades?

  BYJU'S FutureSchool the fundamental structure of coding—logic, sequence, structure, and algorithmic thinking. For kids in higher grades who want to build the foundation, we recommend taking the Advanced Course.

• I’m currently in college. Can I apply to BYJU'S FutureSchool?

• I have applied but not heard back yet?

• How long is every class?

  Each class is designed for 50 minutes.

• Do I need to prepare teaching materials?

  BYJU'S FutureSchool curriculum creators have already designed detailed materials for every class. However, teachers must prepare for class by reviewing the class beforehand and doing the activities in every link. Teachers must preview class materials in the classroom on the teacher portal 6-12 hours in advance.

• Do teachers always teach the same students?

  No, teachers can teach any student who books their class.

• Do classes take place on Skype or another platform?

  BYJU'S FutureSchool uses a custom video platform, similar to Skype, which offers several unique advantages for online teaching.

• Is there a maximum number of classes a teacher could teach?

  BYJU'S FutureSchool sets no limit on how many classes a teacher can take. However we assign a level to the teacher--Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced--depending on interview performance, student availability etc. so that teachers can build expertise in one level.

• Our class got interrupted because of poor Internet. What should I do?

  Please try to connect to the class again by pressing the RECONNECT button on your panel. If you can’t connect, please call the call-center. The Call Center will verify Internet speeds. If the Internet got disconnected from the teacher’s side, the teacher will not be paid for the class. If the Internet got disconnected from the student side, the teacher will be paid for the class as usual. In both cases, the class will be rescheduled.

• How much tax do I have to pay?

  We deduct TDS as per government norms.

• When and how will teachers be paid?

  Teachers are paid through direct bank deposits every 30 days.

• How long is the contract? Can teachers take breaks during the contract?

  BYJU'S FutureSchool signs 3-month contracts with applicants who pass their screening process. Please inform BYJU'S FutureSchool 2 weeks in advance if you want to take time off during your contract.
